We receive Your payment in 2–3 business days. After the payment is received, your order will be sent in 1–3 business days. After sending the package we send You the tracking number. Saturday, Sunday, holidays are not business days.

Choose Your shipping method:

Ordinary shipping − 25 EUR

UK, EU delivery takes 3 – 14 business days only, after we receive a payment.

Internatonal shipping take 4 – 30 days (usually)

Express shipping − 50 – 80 EUR

Usually delivery for EU takes 2–7 days, USA 4–9 days.

For some specific countries it might be longer.

Delivery method − Courier: EMS, DPD, UPS, DHL

If goods are lost or stoped at customs with 1st delivery,

we offer the possibility of sending 2nd shipments for free.

If goods are lost or stoped at customs with 2nd shipments,

we offer the possibility of sending new shipmend 3rd time for half-price.

Please note, that reshipping will be 10−30 days after first shipment.

In case if wrong products are received, the correct products will be re shipped for free, provided the wrong products are returned unopened and in resalable condition.

In the event products arrive damaged due to improper packaging by HilmaTeam, products will be re shipped free of charge if a claim is made and proof of improper packaging is given.

Returns are accepted only if products are proven to be unusable.

Goods must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Please contact us to get return address and details how to pack the products BEFORE returning.
